Once your taxes are filed, a Complementary Vacation Incentives voucher will be sent out to you via email and or text message. You have 7 days from that moment it’s sent to pay the taxes and fees for the vacation, or the voucher will expire. Once paid, you have 18 months to book and go on your trip.
Can I chose my Resort/Hotel?
Yes! You’ll be able to choose from any of our currently-offered resorts in the destination you received. Every resort or hotel is offered will be with a 3, 4 or 5 TripAdvisor bubble rating, so you can count on staying somewhere great!
Can I call the Hotel to confirm my reservation?
Yes, Absolutely! Just keep in mind that reservations can take up to 72 hours to show in the hotel’s system. And be sure to tell them it’s a 3rd-party reservation to ensure they’re looking for it in the right place.
Can I book additional nights?
As long as the adjacent dates are available, then yes! And in the event they’re unavailable, you can usually still book them directly with the hotel. That is what the hotels are hoping for that you extend your stay.
Can the Vouchers be used for group travel?
GROUP travel is NOT allowed, only 1 party among friends, family, acquaintances or known groups can use the complimentary vacation incentive for the same or overlapping travel dates.
Are flights included in these travel incentives?
No, we are sorry the flights are not included. The recipient of this voucher is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food, gratuities, Gov Taxes and resort fees if applicable as well as other miscellaneous personal expenses. This voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
